Ingredients

  • 200 grams (7 oz) fresh snow peas
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons neutral oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Trim the ends off the snow peas and pull out the strings.
  • Heat the oil in a wok or large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the snow peas and fry, while stirring, until bright green and crisp-tender - about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Push the peas to the sides of the pan and add the minced garlic in the middle of the pan. Add a small drizzle of oil over the garlic if necessary.
  • Fry the garlic until soft and fragrant - about 30 seconds.
  • Mix together the peas and garlic and season with a pinch of salt.
